Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at annffashion21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We ask you to meet all of the following requirements below to successfully complete your return.

• Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
• Free from makeup, perfume, or damage
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7working days.

Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
