2. Our Products
We aim to display all products and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, colours and appearances may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after you place your order, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
3. Ordering and Payments
When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not mean your order has been accepted. Your order is accepted when payment has been successfully processed and the items have been dispatched.

Major debit and credit cards
All transactions are processed securely.
4. Pricing
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT (where applicable). We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already placed.
5. Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
You’ll receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
6. Returns & Refunds
We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receiving it.
To initiate a return, please contact us at annffashion21@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Returned items must be:
Unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging
Free from makeup, perfume, or damage
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7working days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
7. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
8. Klarna Payments
When you choose Klarna as your payment method, your personal data will be handled by Klarna in accordance with their Privacy Policy. Klarna may perform a credit check as part of your payment agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) is owned by or licensed to ANNF fashion It may not be copied, distributed, or used without our written permission.
